Dorafalù is pleased to announce the release of the editorial article that VOGUE Italia is publishing in its special September collectible issue. (S)veiled couture – so headlines VOGUE in its special 60th anniversary collectible issue. “To the past twenty years and the future of Dorafalù, continuing to weave the Haute Couture of the most luxurious maisons in the world: how Luisa Bernascone does it is a fairy tale to discover. Dorafalù was born in 2004 by taking over a small tailoring workshop to weave dreams made of precious silks and impalpable chiffons. Already in the premises you can breathe the romantic character that fuels Luisa Bernascone, founder and owner of the company that today designs, interprets and creates Haute Couture garments for the most important Italian and international maisons. Managing each project as a work of art is not only made of dreams and romanticism in any case, but also of the pragmatism that Dorafalù embodies thanks to the work of forty professionals, model makers, sample makers and seamstresses highly qualified and trained by her profound expertise. Today, the Atelier offers a complete tailoring service, ranging from modeling to the creation of the prototype, from the finishing of samples, to articles of fashion show and the related development and production processes. From ready-to-wear to Haute Couture, from events to fashion shows, where fashion winks at art, theater and design – with a very high creative imprint, which makes the difference. The inspiration given by dreams guides our passion, says Luisa Bernascone. Dreams that become reality, first imagined and then realized, that look to an increasingly bright future. Dreams called Dorafalù”
